1. Collection
Just copy KlearNow into your emails, upload docs or connect systems using our APIs.
2. INGESTION
The AI/ML will ingest the data from your email chains including attachments (BOL, Invoice, Certificates, Packing Lists, etc) in any format (Word, Excel, CSV, PDF, and images). Our AI then classifies, extracts the data, and cleanses it to produce the structured data for downstream processing.
3. Validation
Data extracted (e.g. Invoice#, SKU#, BOL#, OrderDate, Entry Item, Description, Shipping Address etc.) is available in an agreed format (e.g. Excel, CSV, XML) for further processing.
4. Structured data output
A shipment card is created where all documents tied to the shipment are consolidated.
